All intellectual property rights in materials, methodologies, and deliverables created by Nexus remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
7. Payment Terms
Fees for our services will be specified in engagement letters. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Expenses will be billed separately where applicable
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for those specific services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. The client remains responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Professional Standards
Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards and ethical guidelines. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required for our business.

12. Governing Law
